1. Introduction
Welcome to Domido.com.my (the “Website” or “Online Shop”), owned and operated by Interich Marketing (Reg. No. 104951), based in Kuching, Sarawak.
By accessing or using this Website, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions, including our Delivery Information and Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please refrain from using the Website. We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the Website constitutes your acceptance of any changes.
2. Order Acceptance & Pricing
Placing an order on our Website constitutes an offer to purchase. You will receive an email acknowledging receipt of your order, but this does not confirm acceptance. A binding contract is formed only when we issue an Order Confirmation.
We strive to ensure all product details, descriptions, and prices are accurate. However, errors may occur. In such cases, we reserve the right to cancel or amend your order. If we are unable to contact you regarding a pricing error, your order will be cancelled and any payment refunded.

3. Delivery Terms
Delivery Area: We deliver to most areas in Kuching, Kota Samarahan and Miri via our own transport or e-hailing services. For other Sarawak cities, delivery is via Bus Cargo (self-collection at terminal). For Peninsular Malaysia & Sabah, delivery is via courier or logistics partners.
Delivery Schedule: 1–5 working days after payment.
Monday to Friday: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Saturday: 9:00 AM – 1:00 PM
No deliveries on Sundays or Public Holidays
Delivery Fee: Shipping fees shown at checkout are estimates only. Final delivery charges will be confirmed after checkout based on your address and order weight. Our team will contact you to confirm the final amount.
4. Warranty & Support
All new products come with a local limited warranty (typically 12 months) as provided by the respective manufacturer, distributor, or vendor. Warranty terms may vary by product.
Customers may request product testing before shipment.
All sales are final. No refunds unless covered under warranty.
Warranty claims must be submitted via Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).
Software products are non-returnable once opened. Defective media may be exchanged within 30 days.
No deliveries on Sundays or Public Holidays
Note: We do not accept returns for incompatibility with your system configuration.
5. Returns, Exchanges & Refunds
We only sell genuine, authorized products. If you need to return an item:
Contact us within 3 days of receiving your order.
Provide order number, photos, and issue details.
Returned items must be unused and in original condition.
All items will be returned at your expense.
Refunds (excluding shipping/handling) will be processed within 7–21 working days to the original payment method.
6. Order Cancellation
Orders cannot be cancelled. once payment has been made. Please review your order carefully before confirming.
