After placing an order, you will receive an e-mail from us acknowledging that we have received your order. Please note that this does not mean that your order has been accepted. Your order constitutes an offer to us to buy a product or products as advertised by us. All orders are subject to acceptance by us, and we will confirm such acceptance to you by sending you an e-mail that confirms that the product(s) has/have been ordered (the “Order Confirmation”). The contract between you and us (the “Contract”) is only formed when we send you the Order Confirmation.

We make every effort to ensure that all details, descriptions and prices displayed on the Website are correct. The details and descriptions are strictly for your reference only and we do not represent or warrant the accuracy thereof. Images and photographs are for illustrative purposes only and may differ from the actual product.

However, errors may occur. If there is an error in the price or information displayed on the Website, for which an online order has been made, we reserve the right to either cancel your order or contact you to inform you about the options of reconfirming your online order at the correct price or cancelling your order.

In the event we are unable to contact you on any price error, your online order will be automatically cancelled and any payment made will be duly refunded. We reserve the right to make adjustments to any published price of any item due to input error, discontinuation.


From time to time there may be information that contains typographical errors, inaccuracies, or omissions that may relate to product descriptions, pricing, and availability. We reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions and to change or update information at any time without prior notice, even after you have submitted your order.


All new products come with a local warranty and are subjected to the terms and conditions set out by the respective manufacturer, vendor and distributor. 12 Months Limited Warranty on major products by the respective manufacturer, vendor and distributor. Unless otherwise stated in individual product for warranty details.

Customer may have option to inform us to check or test the products on behalf before we ship the products. All items sold are final and under no circumstances will a refund be given. In the unlikely event a warranty issue does arrive we will fix or replace the product within 30 to 45 days of receiving the RMA item. You may must file a calm under Request Return Authorization (RMA), otherwise, please proceeds to contact individual distributor or vendor for any warranty calm.

*We will not accept return of product(s) that are not compatible with your system configuration.

Due to licensing and copyright laws, we do not accept returns on software once the package has been opened. Defective software CD media will be exchanged for the same title CD media only within 30Days from the day of purchase. All software product is backed by the software product manufacturer's warranty policy.


We do not sell fake / replica or imitation products. We assure buyers that what you buy are from genuine products. We only work with distributors / suppliers who sell genuine products or are authorized to distribute the products in Malaysia.

If something needs to be returned, please contact our customer service within 3 days after receiving your product. Please include the order number, e-mail address, pictures of the product, and the problem in all correspondence. Please return the products to our office address locate at Kuching, Sarawak.

We will NOT accept any return of products with obvious signs of use. If you return products in used condition, you will be responsible for the cost to have them shipped back to you.

Once we received your return package, your refund will be processed within 7-14 working days. Credit will be issued for the original amount that was paid for the products, excluding shipping and others fees. Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment only.


No cancellation is allowed after payment has been made.
